Hazardous Materials; INC#0380; 08:09AM; 13351 W Hubbard St; ; Sylmar; A CNG powered trash truck has been involved in an accident which has damaged the fuel tank, and is causing off-gassing of the natural gas. LAFD HazMat units are on scene monitoring the air which is reading safe atmospheric levels.
