Structure Fire - Fire Out; INC#1673; 09:49PM; 17706 W Martha St; ; Encino; First arriving engine reports light smoke from an ADU (converted garage). A small contents fire was located and extinguished. No extension into the main occupancy. A patient, approximately 70 year old male, has sustained injuries related to the fire. The patient is being assessed by LAFD paramedics and will be transported to a local hospital. No injuries to LAFD personnel. Cause of fire is unknown. Nothing further.
