Structure Fire - Now Out; INC#0024; 12:23AM; 4867 W Sunset Bl; ; East Hollywood; First arriving 40 LAFD Firefighters took just 23 minutes (12:46 AM) to access, confine and fully extinguish flames held in check by fire sprinklers within one room on the 7th floor of the seven story Kaiser Permanente - Los ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Medical Center. Though the fire occurred on a 'patient care' floor, the nature of the room where the fire occurred has yet to be determined. Thanks to the quick and appropriate actions of well-trained medical staff, no patient injuries or illness related to the fire has been reported. Sixty-five LAFD personnel remain at the scene assisting with smoke and water removal.
