Update Traffic Collision with Entrapment; INC#1162; 05:35PM; WB 10 Fwy x Soto Street; ; Boyle Heights; The well-coordinated effort of LAFD and LACoFD responders took less than 15 minutes to access, stabilize, treat, extricate and prepare for ambulance transport 2 persons who were trapped in a multi-vehicle collision.
